As a Multimedia Designer at Pluxee, my role from 2022 to 2024 involved serving as a visual storyteller for the brand's transition and its extensive rewards ecosystem:
• SM Gift Pass Choice Partnership: A primary focus was designing for the SM Gift Pass Choice, a versatile digital solution. This involved creating visual templates for 10-digit alphanumeric codes delivered via SMS and email, as well as the layout and security features for tangible scratch cards.
• Nationwide Brand Presence: Ensuring visual consistency for the SM Gift Pass, which is redeemable at the SM Store, SM Markets, and SM retail affiliates nationwide. This required a high volume of assets tailored for diverse physical and digital retail environments.
• Digital Rewards Journey: Designed the user interface elements and promotional content for Pluxee Gift credits, which are used at over 10,000 merchants and app-exclusive stores. Supporting the "hassle-free instant gift" experience across apps, SMS, and email.
• Content & Engagement Design: Providing creative support for the “Blogs & News” section, designing layouts for City Guides (such as "Alabang dining picks") and promotional materials for exclusive events like the “Engage to Elevate” roundtable.
• B2B Incentives: Created visual schemes for external incentives aimed at boosting the productivity and morale of sales channels through meaningful, digitally-powered rewards.
